1.

Project Selection

Perform appropriate due diligence before selecting an EB-5 project to invest in.

2.

Project Subscription

Execute appropriate project documents including Subscription Agreement and Limited Partnership Agreement.

3.

Fund Investment

Deposit investment capital and administrative fee into escrow.

4.

File I-526

Work with an experienced immigration attorney with a solid track record in EB-5 to prepare and file the I-526 petition. CRC will provide support during this process and can recommend an attorney if needed.

5.

Consulate Interview

Attend an interview at the U.S. consulate to receive a conditional green card. CRC will help coordinate with your immigration attorney to fully prepare you for the interview.

6.

Move to U.S.

You and your family are now free to establish residency anywhere in the U.S.

7.

File I-829

CRC will coordinate with your immigration counsel to prove sustained investment and job creation required for the form I-829 Removal of Conditions.

8.

Permanent Green Card

Your permanent green card is delivered. CRC will continue to be available to support you and your family.
