Horizontal construction on Continental Villages Phase II has commenced. The sewer has been installed and the storm drain is under construction. Once the storm drain is complete, installation of potable and fire water will follow. Dry utilities are scheduled to be installed during the late summer or early fall months. Building plans have been approved and routed to obtain building permits. In consideration of the project’s overall return on investment, Continental East Development decided to move forward with constructing the entire multifamily component at once rather than building it in phases. CED is currently working to secure a construction loan for vertical construction.
