Three (3) of USACRC Project V’s investors received their conditional green cards this quarter. Continental East Fund III, LLC. is continuing to see progress.
This quarter, Phases II and III of the project completed its rough grading, retaining walls, and bio-retention. In addition, site infrastructure, wet utilities, and drainage commenced. Plans for precise grading, landscaping, wall and fence, and trash enclosures received approval. We also obtained our precise grading permit and are awaiting on approval to commence the horizontal construction for Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD). Barring the weather and EMWD approval the balance of horizontal construction should commence in February 2023.
