Continental East Development, Inc.’s business plan for 2021 includes selling the Continental Medical Plaza building, listed in December 2020. The market demand for medical offices and facilities near Rancho Springs Medical Center continues to be financially stable. Lydia Percia, Vice President, expects to receive offers to purchase the medical building by March 2021.
