Phase III Project Approval
We are pleased to share that Continental Villages received project approval for its Phase III!
On Thursday, March 12, Al Rattan presented plans for Phase III to the Moreno Valley City Council. Moreover, the plans were unanimously approved. In addition, the plans received no objection from the City Council or community members.
Phase III includes a ~21,000 sqft neighborhood commercial/retail center designed to cater to the residents of Continental Villages as well as nearby Moreno Valley College, Lasselle Elementary, and the surrounding neighborhood. The center will emphasize
restaurant space and include a central courtyard to promote community engagement and customer retention. In addition, Phase III is highly anticipated, with business owners already inquiring for more details. Moreover, obtaining Phase III approvals, including all environmental clearances, will allow Phases II and III to commence in 2021, subject to market conditions.
