RadNet’s New Lease
During 2019, Continental East Development Senior Vice President Lydia Percia reported outstanding news. RadNet, the lead tenant for Continental Medical Plaza, elected to sign a new lease after the expiration of its seven-year lease. In addition, the lease adds an additional six years to their term.
RadNet’s long term lease provides a very positive increased market valuation for the RadNet Medical Building. Moreover, Radnet employs over 7000 employees and 340 imaging centers in six states.
