Continental Villages
Phase II & III
Location: Moreno Valley, CA
Continental Villages is a +19-acre master-planned mixed-use community located in Moreno Valley, California. The developments growing neighborhood will sprout 237 multifamily apartments and duplexes. The community has been designed to encourage an active lifestyle. Amenities to include (2) Community Club Houses, (2) swimming pools, activity park, playground, and gracious open spaces to encourage residents to stroll along their dedicated walking paths.
Upon build out, the community will include a new Phase III planned community retail center to serve the adjacent college and surrounding community. The ~21,000 sqft neighborhood retail center is designed to encourage socialization and increase customer retention.
Phase III received all entitlements and environmental clearances in March 2020. Phases II and III are scheduled to commence in 2021, pending market conditions.
